Note to Guardians of minors <19 years of age

An indemnification - signed by a legal guardian - is required for all minors attending classes or workshops at Yew Tree Yoga. Please call if any questions. Ensure minors bring a signed copy of this Indemnification to their first class. Guardians may also sign this document at the studio.
