We are bringing back our ballet barre for a special 4-week series leading into the holiday season! A longtime warm-up practice for ballet dancers, this class utilizes a horizontal barre to facilitate balance, alignment and muscle lengthening. Taught by lifelong dancer, Sabina Singh, you will learn traditional ballet positions and preparatory exercises that will strengthen your body, improve mobility and help your posture. Appropriate for neophytes and experienced dancers.
This is a 4-class enrollment ($60 + GST for all 4 classes)
