Mudras and Movement 10-11 AM Celebrate with what every ancient culture celebrates with _ dance! Using mudras, yoga postures, choreography and uplifting music, we will celebrate the ocean, the spring blossoms and of course our amazing Yew Tree Yoga tribe for one joyous hour!

Ballet Barre 1 - 2 PM
Join us for a taste of our studio Ballet Barre series. Practiced in ballet classes as a means for dancers to warm-up and stretch muscles, classical barre works to strengthen legs, improve alignment and balance. No experience necessary.

Palo Santo Smudging 5:15 6 PM
We invite you to gather in the studio for a unique smudging ritual with special guests. We will use sweet and fragrant Palo Santo to ward off any signs of any negative energy and bring spiritual cleansing to the space.
No registration required.
Meditation and Restorative Yoga 6 - 7 PM
Restorative poses are fully supported yoga asanas that allow the body to relax, recover and rejuvenate. Meditation is the practice of bringing one’s attention inward and thus taking your focus away from the external world to create a peaceful stillness.Christine will guide you into a calm and relaxed state by blending these two amazing practices.
